        I am not sure if these are fake reviews or what but I have literally had the absolute worst experience with their home loans and banking. They totally dropped the ball on my mortgage because people went on vacation and didn't bother to stay on top of my loan. We were literally homeless for 2 weeks because they were so slow to respond and address anything. Their mobile banking is literally archaic. It's a pain to add an external account. Their customer service is often times rude. They are extremely disorganized internally and it is a headache when you need something resolved. As an out of state realtor I have worked with literally hundreds of mortgage companies and this is in the top 5 of worst experiences I've had.
