Marcotte Dental Associates

My long time, wonderful dentist retired. I didn't know where to go for dental care. I tried 3 dentists before I found Dr. Marcotte. The first one saw me three times and then handed me off to his partner without consulting me. The third one was a gorgeous, made up to the hilt with perfect nails and a LOAD of makeup woman. I've never seen a professional woman look like that. Looking well groomed is one thing, but appearing like your going to a party right after 'work' is another thing. It didn't inspire confidence in me. Dr. Marcotte is the 'real deal'. She's a fine dentist, very personable, has a helpful friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend her.

I love Dr. Sue!!!!! She is the best dentist on this planet and Denise is top notch as well. Grandma Sally doing my insurance is the G.O.A.T.

My teeth and mouth feel so fresh and clean when I leave Marcotte; Denise does a fabulous job! Dr. Sue answers all my questions with great detail. If I have an insurance question, I know Sally will be there to investigate for me. And the receptionist has a very friendly welcome for me! Thanks to all of you for my wonderful care!

I have not been to Marcotte dental in some time. I would like to share a little information with you about my last experience with an endodontist that I had used for a root canal that she referred me to when I was a patient there. I was still in that endodontists patient system when I needed another root canal as a Marcotte patient. My current dentist referred me to a different Endodontist that could not get me in for three weeks. I remembered the office that Dr. Marcotte sent me too and they were able to get me in in a few days.. This is where it gets interesting. I have had no changes in my dental insurance at all. I was quoted $125.00 would be amount of the bill that I would have to pay out of pocket. No Problem. When I checked out I was given a bill for $375.00 that I questioned. Guess what I learned next. The only reason I was charged $375.00 for the procedure was because I was still in there system as a Marcotte patient. When I pointed out she was no longer my dentist they apologized and corrected my bill back to the $125.00. Use this information as you will. I might be wrong but it sure looked to me that she would have gotten that $250.00 from me not the insurance if I would not have corrected the receptionist that I was no longer a Marcotte patient. Interesting!!!!!!!
