They do good work, BUT: I bought both the sweatshirt and the embroidery at their Farmington Hills location. I specifically asked them for a sweatshirt that is close-fitting at the waist- in other words, tight elastic. What I got was a sweatshirt with hardly any elastic at all. They use many different vendors so I feel like they could've gotten me what I wanted. Since it was a Christmas present, it was important to me that the recipient would like it. I asked what they could do to satisfy me, and they offered nothing. They didn't even seem sorry about my situation. As a result, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone--unless you are very sure about your purchase (that it will meet your requirements) or you don't even care! The customer service is horrible. I only gave it 2 stars vs 1 star because the embroidery work itself was good.
