Sam Morgan is one of the most persistent, knowledgeable, hardworking, empathetic people I have ever met. You couldnt ask for a finer attorney. He exemplifies the companys motto, Lawyer for the workplace. Sam took on my case when it seemed it was going to be relatively straightforward. When the company we were dealing with went bankrupt, everything changed. I figured we were just done. Not Sam! As he said to me, When I take on a case, I dont quit just because it becomes difficult. He persevered, beyond what I ever would have expected, to find a way to hold the people accountable for my situation. His ability to recall the details was astounding. Especially after, because of details beyond his control, the case continued on for years. Through the involved companys bankruptcy, covid, motions to dismiss, and delays from judges, Sam never gave up on me. He never left me without hope. Actually, he became more passionate about the injustice that had occurred at my workplace. He was determined to see it through, until a satisfactory settlement had been made. I know he was willing to take my case to a jury trial, if that proved to be what was necessary. He spent unimaginable hours, trying every avenue necessary, to see that I saw justice for what I had experienced. Sams wife even assisted and became passionate to help him see it through. I know his staff also spent hours and hours on my behalf. I want to thank Patti Kral, Sams paralegal, for her dedication. She was professional, responsive, kind, and empathetic to my situation. A great asset to Sam and the firm. Throughout the process, Sam kept me informed and updated. He was always responsive to my questions. I felt his passion and determination. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me, and for the outcome that resulted from a seemingly hopeless situation. What a blessing he was to me.

Sam Morgan is exceptional when it comes to finding a workplace lawyer. When I called him about my case, he explained everything to me in easy to understand terms.
