image This hotel caught on fire. I had reservations and the young lady that called me was so rude and nasty. They didnt even try to make me a reservation with their other location.

image Mainstay evicted every single person. even the ones that are long-term. the ones that live in the hotel they kicked them all out no help of any kind. they only were willing to pay for one day at an extended stay and then told everybody that's been there and living there that they'll have to figure something out themselves. They kicked out old elderly sick handicapped people. It's just sick how they treated everybody that was there. I think people should start a GoFundMe for the people that were there. I just can't believe a hotel that has people living there with just throw them out on the street with only a one day notice. Not even a one day notice a couple hour notice they told everybody to pack all their stuff and leave and later they're in closed the building and the left anything would get thrown away. And they did not give any monetary value of any kind to help assist with the move or finding lodging of any kind outside of one day and extended stay. If it was a landlord which technically after 90 days they are a landlord they were responsible for the property and they were the ones responsible for finding lodging.but instead they kicked out every single bite to save a dollar even helping out the people they were responsible for.
Only a week and a half ago the maintenance guy had a change out the refrigerator in my room broke the water line damaged my computer's and projectors for my work causing over $20,000 in damages. And then not even then now did this this building was disgusting. The floors were stained and it looks like they use bleach to get out stains at one time so there was white marks all over the floor. And then there was ticks all over my room when I first got there I had to literally bug bomb my own room because the front desk told me that it must have came from my dog. You quite literally had to buy your own toilet paper there cuz they never had any. Then after being stuck there for 7 and 1/2 months they just threw us out and only willing to pay for one day and extended stay then told us we were on our own for now on and had to figure out what we were going to do for lodging afterwards. So now I have to go through all this hassle to go through their insurance to get my stuff covered. From the damage that happened a week and a half ago and now I have to get a lawyer involved because of this.do not stay at this location even if they get it fixed up. These people are scumbags. The whole time when all this stuff was going on today the manager kept on basically being mad at you for asking questions. And she didn't understand why everybody was so mad at her. I hope everybody that got there sues the living heck out of this place. But they won't be the only ones.

image We lived here for over a year, we were very comfortable and happy here. The staff was so helpful with many things small or large and things they had no control over and didnt need to be helpful with. The care they showed our family will always be special to us. I see reviews about the fire and that is why we are no longer there and yes its awful but these people fail to mention how quickly the staff reacted and no one and no animal was hurt! And staff came in hours before scheduled to help every way they could and they have worked very long hours since . They did every thing they were able to to help everyone and it was a lot of people that needed assistance. I cannot thank them enough for everything even in difficult situations and I really hope they can open again soon.and if we have not found permanent housing we will happily go back ! Never imagined a hotel would become a home but we loved our apartment there and so many people there as well residents and staff!

image My fiance & i were residing here since April 23. No major issues, had a few problems here & there. First issue was, they would give access to our room to other ppl (thankfully we were home when it happened 3x) as they do not check IDs when giving room keys. August 23, i had maintenance come into my room & ask me to make the repairs, when brought to Chelseas attention, there was no request for maintenance to come to our room.
The real issue started yesterday, 2/29/24. There was a fire that started on the 3rd floor from a possible refrigerator. The fire spread to the 4th floor, started just before 5a. Smoke alarms went off around 4a, however everyone thought it was a false alarm & went back to sleep. Police started pounding on doors notifying residents of a fire & to evacuate to the lobby. We had to wait in the lobby for roughly 8 hours until we were told we had less than 2 hours to get all of our belongings out. We were also told theres nothing they can do, that they would comp one night at an Extended Stay & after that, everyones left on their own. There was a resident who lived there for 14 years. After the hell we were put thru yesterday, they displaced 120+ residents, including kids, animals, disabled & elderly. I am looking to get a GoFundMe page started to get our rights as residents established.

image Place was beyond gross. I overlooked it due to the nightly rate and needed something close to visit family over the holiday. After about a week and a half I couldnt stand staying there and ended up staying at a friends house. There was legit piles of trash and chicken bones and other crap strewn across the hallway and or left near the elevator.
When you walked in you were hit with the smell of weed immediately.
I took it all in because, its cheap. What REALLY incensed me was the fact I am still disputing their charges from the actual date of check out as I left early and they charged me the full two weeks stay. When I requested a receipt pookie or whoever was manning the front desk as a housekeeper wasnt able to provide me one. I then called back and talked to a manager who said they would send it. Didnt receive anything until Friday (which was my check out date) and they charged me the full stay. When I called to get clarification and speak to the same manager another person was extremely rude told me that they had left and I would just have to call back on Monday and I told them I would dispute it with my credit card company I was told do whatever makes you feel better.
I will never. Ever. Ever. Stay at any of this brands hotels. I will sleep under an overpass or in my rental car before I stay here.
Two months later, Im still fighting this clown car for 150 bucks.
