Fix your pumps Kroger. I keep losing my Fuel points because your pumps are dispensing like few drops of gas and stopping automatically every other second. If you are really Lucky you will get to full your tank, that doesn't happen here as half of the pumps are faulty. This is happening for past several months. The attending customer service person/s had no interest or idea on how to convey this to his supervisors. I complained to them about it, and its never fixed. Not returning here for fuels.

I was a dedicated customer of Kroger fuel. I wanted to utilize my fuel points to save money. Well, after getting fuel at Sam's without any extra points you have lost a long time customer. Kroger gas is outrageous!! Even after my .40 off a gallon, It still wasn't cheaper than Sam's. I can only use premium which is extremely high at Kroger. This definitely explains why there were no cars at Kroger and the line was extra long at Sam's. Please Kroger, take this advice and lower your prices for your members or you'll run out of gas.
