Im very very disappointed in the eyebrow service I received. The lady JayJay plucked and tried to thread my eyebrows this past weekend and one was higher than the other and much thinner!!!! She then tried to convince me to do highlights in which I specifically told her I do NOT bleach my hair and will never do it but she kept going. This was my first and last time going to this salon . She made me feel very uncomfortable for a service that should have been relaxing and my eyebrows still turned out a disaster. I appreciate the customer service because the young lady at the desk accommodated me to let me walk in but other than that, it was a very weird experience with the lady Jay Jay .

Fantastic, customer obsessed salon! I came in for eyebrows and they turned out beautifully! Krishna has outstanding skills. They also were able to accommodate me for an emergency cut and color, with no hesitation. Stellar services and highly recommend! Tasha is also fantastic. She made sure I could get the services I needed done asap! Services: Haircut, Eyebrow threading, Hair coloring
