The residents are so amazing. Management goes above and beyond to ensure you're happy with your work. Make sure your safe trained properly and they actually care! I love them all like family from the head of the company to the residents.

We hired ComForCare for our dad. Hes a very stubborn man who has refused care from anyone but family. Unfortunately it became too difficult for us. I cannot say enough about the staff at ComForCare. My dad is thriving. He loves the staff and actually looks forward to their arrival. They teach him with respect and are so patient with him. I work in geriatrics, but when its a family member its much different. We feel like the staff in now part of own family

In response to Nik below. I, as in me, discussed the level of care that was not being provided. This can be verified with Jenny at Brookdale. I increased the level of care, paid more and still never received what I paid for. Well being checks and/or brief changes were to be completed every two hours. This was never done. I can go into so much more which can all be verified through Brookdale.
