        My dad had been a loyal client for decades, then when he passed away recently they had NO interest in helping me sort things out.  As soon as they found out he had passed they CANCELED his policy like he was yesterday's trash instead of trying to work out a way to keep things in place (even with a different policy/higher premium).  Although another agency stepped in to help me out, so everything is ok, these people do NOT value your business and DO NOT even attempt to help you.If customer service and friendliness is important to you, do NOT give Al Bourdeau Insurance your business.  Go elsewhere.  ANYWHERE else would be better than dealing with the uncaring, cold, rude people who represent this agency.
