As a general rule of thumb I am not a litigious person. Even as a business owner, I have always preferred to try to work things out whenever possible. Then I had a pipe burst which flooded my home while I was on vacation. Ive been amazed to witness my 20 year relationship with my insurance company go up in smoke after they have stalled for over a year and done everything possible to minimize my claim. Thank goodness we found this law firm which specializes in residential insurance claims. Knowing what I now know, if I had a serious insurance claim in the future, my first call would be to Fabian, Sklar, King & Liss! Total professionals throughout the whole process.
