        Worse customer service and wait time takes forever especially they know that your medical facility.keep you waiting for more than hour just get hold for technical support.😡😡😡😠😠

        By far the worst customer service I have ever used. I have made dozens and dozen of recorded calls to their customer service reps and have just gotten excuses and timeframes of 30 days, just to get me off the phone. They merged with our old provider and we can't wait to get rid of them. Terrible stay away at all costs.
