        I started attending classes in Wing Chun Do 5 years ago as a single mom and I can't imagine it not being a part of my life. I had to leave my previous school when the pandemic hit and OMA caught me up and got me ahead of where I was in less than two years. They now have an online program so if I can't make it to class I can still view class online and practice at home.

        Awesome martial art, I used to live in Michigan and was studying there. Moved to Florida and now I can train again using the outreach program!

        Not all martial arts are the same. Organic martial arts (wing chun do) will teach you body mechanics and how to manipulate your opponent energy,designed to take a larger opponents strength away from them. Simple,practical and street effective. Sifu Jeff is an amazing instructor and everyone in the class is extremely helpful as well. Learn how to defend yourself and have fun doing it.
