        This location is one of the worst customer service locations ever. There FDA Chloe was extremely rude over the phone. I was asking questions an trying to book an appointment an it seemed like she didn't know anything an was in a hurry.

        I had the worst experience buy someone named Chloe I just wanted to book an appointment with a gift card? I wasn't comfortable giving my information over the phone why would they need a credit card? if I have a gift card? ( red flag ) I told her that was able to do it before with other gift cards at other locations and she said that's not protocol? Tf? Just a Lil sus yknow? Anyway she was persistent no thank you.. I'll go to other nicer locations.

It is our policy to collect a credit card at the time of booking for any new guests to secure an appointment, though we are able to validate a gift card to list as a way to secure the appointment as well.
