Serra Ford Farmington Hills Service

I dropped my Focus ST off there yesterday morning and I was trying to get updates on what was going on all afternoon. I just wanted to know if they had started on it or not. All I got was an automated system that said they prefer to text and I believe the texts were automated as well. There was no way to get through to a live person. I saw that there was a number for John the service manager and it was the same thing. I didn't get an answer about what was going on until the next day. A heater core hose needed to be replaced and they wanted to charge me $500 to get it done. I told them I would just go to my local mechanic to get it done. They still made me pay a $175 diagnosis fee. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

My first time dealing with serra Ford Farmington hills is a disaster. Forget trying to contact your service advisor all you get is a voice mail. Try to contact the service manager same thing voicemail. Trying to talk to a person is impossible. My car went in for a simple item and it seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Totally unresponsive. Hope to see my car someday.

I had started my search for a new vehicle a couple of months prior to my lease ending knowing that pricing would be a huge factor along with what I was looking specifically for in a vehicle. I kept coming up to a dead end. That is until I got in touch with Amer Samhat at Serra Ford. Amer was prompt with responding to my initial email and went straight to work, trying to find a match that fit my personal needs. He was very professional and exceeded my expectations. I walked away the following day in a new explorer and within my budget. I cant thank him enough!
