I like my PCP, Dr. Nicole Ryke a lot. I wanted to leave this group because of a global referral incident for which I felt they are wrong for, but Dr. Ryke is the only reason why I stayed.

Tried calling in only to get a rude receptionist. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my situation. I tried to make an appointment with Dr White through a recommendation but I wouldnt recommend it after the service received. Update: moving from 1 star to 3 because Rachel did call me back like she said she would and helped me schedule an appointment. The receptionist I got earlier was the only unpleasant experience.

My family has gone to Dr. Erno Berdy for 3 generations. He is the best doctor, and I won't go to anyone else. However, I just had my boyfriend call to see if he was accepting new patients, and the receptionist was horrible. He asked if they took his insurance, and her reply was "figure it out". She ended the call by saying "waste of time". I have never been treated this way, and I was shocked by this interaction. Do better.
