Got some test results, not all. No explanation.

This Laboratory is a hidden Gem and a time saver inside a large building with a number of physicians offices, the staff is professional and seasoned in collecting blood. At times a little wait but otherwise the lab techs are on task and friendly.

Absolutely amazing how poorly run this lab is! Got a nasal swab COVID-19 test at a Drive-Thru on Northwestern Hwy (Farmington Hills). Was told to check within a 2-5 day window after Testing for results since I was apparently exposed to someone suspected of having COVID. Has now been 14-days and after numerous calls to 2-different phone numbers (with no response) have heard nothing from this lab. The Patient Portal reports "Results pending." Went to their Office in Novi where both doors are locked, and then back to the original testing site where no one was able to comment on where or how to get results. Have reported them to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and provided their CAP ID, and also contacted State of Michigan CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act) agency in Lansing to log a formal complaint.

. Been sending me the same bill for two years when it needs to go to my insurance. Ive made multiple calls to them but the issue is still not resolved.
