Slowest service I've ever seen. We almost walked out after the waitress walked by us 3 times. We ordered, and after 10 min of not even getting our drinks we walked out!

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your Buffalo Wild Wings ... Unfortunately, my visit was marred by a few significant errors in my order . Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that it was incorrect. Not only was my food cold, but the wings were not prepared according to my specifications. This was particularly disappointing as I had clearly communicated my preferences when placing the order. When I approached the manager on duty to address the issue, I was met with blatant disrespect and dismissiveness. Instead of offering a sincere apology or attempting to rectify the mistake, the manager was rude and unprofessional in their demeanor. This lack of accountability and customer service is completely unacceptable. As a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings, I expect a certain level of quality and professionalism from your establishment. Unfortunately, this recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and has seriously undermined my confidence in your brand. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any reputable establishment, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to uphold the standards of your restaurant.
