YES! Communities - Midwest

I understand why yes communities has such bad reviews I live at lake in the hills in Auburn hills Michigan and our manager Missy gives us fake lawn charges every summer and yes communities don't do anything about it. There residents get stuck paying $65 for force mow Even if they don't cut the grass. Oh btw yes communities don't bother commenting with your phone number to resolve this issue because I'm still waiting for you to answer or return my calls

Been trying to contact them for two days they will not answer the phone no matter which number of theirs you call. They add new rules every month but yet will not do anything for you when an issue arises on their end. They do note follow the rules they enforce on their residents. Would never recommend this management company to my worst enemy. All they care about is taking your money and not resolving anything.

I was very disappointed, with the treatment from locations at Deerhurst in Wendell NC my husband was told that the reason we did not get opportunities to be a resident. was because we were eviction form our old establish, which was a false, statement after my conservation with a person named Joyner. at the office on that day, she gave me some very nonsense excused. I felt that my husband and I was treated unfair, over a few days, going back forward making sure to here give my information I have over heard some conservation about people that do not have any credit but were able to get to be a resident at Deerhurst and so on, I am use to working with professional's people that day I only saw discrimination.

They wrongfully kept my security deposit and I left the trailer in super nice and clean condition just so I could get it back. They claimed I didnt have my dog listed on there but the manager just didnt realize I had a Staffordshire terrier and thought it was a small bull terrier. Then took the paper that was my proof. DO NOT TRUST YES COMMUNITIES!!! For reference this was their community in Belleville.
