Where to start? Horrendous customer service, always rude on the phone, and never returns calls. Always busy and never has the time to answer your questions. This guy clearly never learned anything about customer service, social skill, or proper manners. I wouldn't bother wasting my time or money with this "loan officer". Find someone else, you'd be much happier.
