Unprofessional Nasty attitudes Needs to be fired! Horrible would not send a relative there do mot care about sick and elderly people

I was in beaumont hospital for kidney failure and being non moble can not walk ....and it has been a year since i have been non moble.....had a 30 day hospital stay and because i can not properly take care of myself to go home beaumont sent me to a rehab center this nursing home and it was a nightmare .....they would not give me a walker to get around i could not use the bathroom till 4hrs later took 3 hrs to get and empty plate of food did not give me my meds did not tell me what to expect or nothing so i left i would not send amy loved one here Jesus christ i pray for all the ppl who live there! They gave me a empty tray proof in pics!thank God i watched the hallways and got the cleaning lady to get someone for me and got a sandwich at 8 pm and not to mention they ignored my call light 3 hrs

They all around are there for the money benefits more so their patients, employees. They leave patients in pain or laying in thier bowls for hours at a time it's very sad the things that I've heard and seen . They have money but can't afford to get their patients better tv service,better things to do they all aren't bed ridden but some how it feels that way when you walk in there,the state has been there a few times forcing them to be on their best behavior which only last until the are in the clear . The head nurse is a horrible person (Carla, Denise) not going to assume she's head nurse but she's in charge of a lot of things and her office is located at the beginning of the building when you first walk in her room is the first one . She hires a lot of people from her friend group and they never are really beneficial to the company(evette) down in house keeping and a few others in the nursing force. They also are very colorsit towards one another and have shown a lot of favoriteism and most of their employees don't even have places to sit down and enjoy their meals.we are supposed to be one we don't get treated that way.this isn't somewhere I would feel comfortable placing another loved one here.
