My son Michael had feeding issues since he was 6 months old. It took some time in therapy understandably, but let me tell you his therapist, Amanda did a phenomenal job with him! She had such great patience and took her time getting Michael comfortable with her which helps so much! Over time we made amazing progress and I can't thank her enough for her dedication.

My son has worked with the staff here from 4 to 9 months. We went from struggling with bottle feeding due to tongue/lip ties, to now eating solids confidently and taking bottles great. We also struggled with musculoskeletal tightness and have seen great, measurable improvements. Everybody is incredibly kind, caring, and has treated my son as a person and not just a patient.

My child attended for several months with Katie as the primary OT. Katie is kind, caring, and responsive to the needs of children. She knew just what to do to get my child talking and participating in the therapy. We will miss her, yet are grateful the care was so excellent that my child is being dismissed. There is so much benefit from attending its difficult to pinpoint just one thing. If pressed, I would say calmer would be the word to describe my child now. Thank you Katie!

It has been a bit over a year since our visit with our then 7 week old who is now almost 16 months old. I should have written this sooner to help other parents but throughout the entire first year of her life, some part of me continued waiting for something to be wrong with our daughter that we were missing. My husband and I brought our daughter in for an assessment of her hematoma based upon a recommendation from our pediatrician. The hematoma was rather small, and we didnt feel too concerned, but our understanding was that therapy could help it better absorb so we were open to the idea. During our visit, we brought our daughter back to begin the assessment of the hematoma. I quickly realized that Magda was completing a developmental assessment. Not a single concern with her development was ever brought up by our pediatrician so this seemed odd to me. Within 10 minutes, Magda had decided that our daughter was an entire month behind developmentally. She stated that she wasn't tracking and was concerned that she was not reaching or grabbing. She also determined that she had some tension in several areas, which was the only part of the assessment that actually sounded right. We did have the tension addressed and worked on with another CST provider elsewhere in just three sessions and a little bit of homework. After further discussion and evaluation at this initial assessment, Magda highly recommended that we proceed with therapy. When we asked how many sessions she was anticipating it would take to get our daughter back on track, she noted that it can depend on different factors, which made sense, but estimated it would take SIX months if we brought her TWICE per week. We had not prepared ourselves for the cost and time commitment this would be since this came out of nowhere, but wanted what was best so we scheduled ourselves into the available time slots she had. I talked with several moms in my life and they all told me that something didn't seem right. It didnt feel right to me, either, but all new parents want to do whats best for their child and we typically feel we can trust providers. We took her to her first (and last) session of therapy where the employee spent the entire time having our baby follow a blinky toy. Our baby had no trouble following it as this was not a real issue. This appointment cost ~$150 which was clearly completely wasted. Because I felt so uneasy, we took our baby to three different pediatricians and a chiropractor friend for additional input on her development. Each person was absolutely dumbfounded by the assessment provided and noted how strong she was, how great her eye contact and awareness was, etc. Being a first-time parent is difficult enough and we could have done without the unnecessary anxiety this caused and outrageous amount we were billed (it was around $350 or so for both completely useless visits). We would have spent thousands had we followed her guidance. Our sweet daughter is doing so well. She has been completely on the mark for each milestone throughout her life. In no way did we need to spend thousands on therapy. As a side note, we also didnt appreciate that she was coughing a ton, including directly into her hand, while working with us. Once I observed this, I kept a close eye to be sure she didnt touch her again since clearly we wanted to be extra protective since our daughter was so little. There will be a reply to this review which I cant respond to so all in all, I just want to stress that before you decide to bring your child here, or to any health professional, be sure to follow your instinct so youre not taken advantage of and be cautious when entering this facility.

My wife and I visited Magna and at the onset we were told that our baby had issues ranging from low muscle tone to not tracking moving objects and more. She told us our daughter was significantly behind even though she was only a couple months old. We were told that our daughter has great potential and that monthsand thousands of dollarsworth of therapy were the best course of action moving forward. After visits to multiple pediatricians for second and third opinions we were told that our daughter was doing great and was perfectly normal in terms of development, tracking ability, and more. They were in complete disagreement with Magdas assessment. In short, we never returned to her office after the first therapy session and feel like we were completely misled into thinking our baby daughter needed months of therapy to catch up. After 15 months, and no special work on our end, our girl is doing amazing. She doesnt have a single development delay of any sort. We do not trust Magda whatsoever after this and encourage others to be very cautious when approaching her services.
