Nice choice of frames. Top of the line lens materials. And I can't praise the people enough. They are just outstanding. I have very difficult vision issues and my glasses were done right the first try! This is my new permanent eye care shop! Please go there. I promise you won't be disappointed.

My experiences with Dr. Saly Elias and Dr. Natalie Qarana Benha Dr. Saly Elias, OD I have a strong astigmatism in one of my eyes that has prevented me from finding contacts that provide me the vision quality I desire. Over the last 20 years, I have made appointments with various ophthalmologists and optometrists hoping for an advancement in contact technology that would enable me to wear contacts that provide me the vision quality I desire. I made an appointment at Professional Contact Lens Clinic & Optical with Dr. Saly Elias, OD, based on her outstanding Google reviews. Dr. Saly Elias is one of the highest rated optometrists in Southeastern Michigan. Dr. Saly Elias listened to my history with wearing contacts and my concerns patiently. I appreciated Dr. Saly Elias patience because some optometrists I had seen previously wanted to get done with me and move on to their next patient as fast as possible. To my surprise and delight, Dr. Saly Elias provided me with progressive contacts that provided me the vision quality I had been searching. Dr. Saly Elias is pleasant, knowledgeable, takes time with her patients to answers questions, understand concerns, and provides quality feedback. Her entire office staff is pleasant and attentive. Upon my arrival, I have always been promptly assisted and treated. Dr. Natalie Qarana Benha, OD Dr. Natalie Qarana Benha, OD, is the newest optometrist at Professional Contact Lens Clinic & Optical. She is personable, informative, listens to issues and concerns, and provides quality feedback. I generally wear contacts every day and wear glasses to drive on rare occasions when I forget to put my contacts in my eyes. Approximately six months after purchasing a new pair of progressive prescription glasses, I drove with them for the first time and discovered I was unable to see the GPS on my dashboard without tilting my head backwards approximately 45 degrees. I was unnerved since so much time had passed and thought I would not be able to get a replacement set on glass lenses due to the length of time that had passed. I called Professional Contact Lens Clinic & Optical and to my good fortune, Dr. Natalie Qarana answered the phone. I explained my issue and she confidently explained the cause of my issue, and that she could easily fix the glasses. I immediately drove to Professional Contact Lens Clinic & Optical and Dr. Natalie Qarana made time to meet with me. Her calmness and confidence were very reassuring and calmed my high anxiety. Dr. Natalie Qarana explained the issue with my glasses and reiterated that she could easily fix the lenses. After taking my glasses into a room several time to make gradually lens adjustments, the lenses were perfect. I was delighted and thanked Dr. Natalie Qarana for her responsiveness, knowledge, and interpersonal skills, which brightened my day. First appointment(paid $100) the dr was nice no doubt but the prescription i got wasnt accurate I complained and they gave me second appointment free of charge which I appreciate 2nd appointment: diff dr this time and he wasnt ready to listen my complaint rather he was in a hurry to do test and be done, kept cutting me off when i was explaining my problem. After the eye test i asked if the prescription given by previous dr is diff and he replied no its almost same. Asked the receptionist and she said its diff so now i am not sure why he lied. Got my glasses this time i had insurance and my insurance covered glasses but this place is so expensive that they gave me very cheap quality glasses and i dont know what material is that it looks hazy as if glass is dirty no matter how much i clean them and its not even tight. The ear side is loose and they charged my insurance $100 and i was told its gonna cost me $190 if i wanna add blue light or glare proof which will be $290 total. Overall i had very bad experience with this place and i am never coming back. Its so expensive and i dont know but i dont feel satisfied with my prescription till now. And i am sure its not me because i got diagnosed by other dr at diff place and the prescription that dr gave me was on point but somehow this place is not making me feel satisfied. And for the glasses quality its very cheap, it will only be good if you spend $500 which is very expensive for a pair of glassed otherwise if you are trying to take glasses with your insurance this place have cheap quality glasses .
