    My family just started going to MU and absolutely love it! We signed up to do 2 classes a week and my girls would go everyday if they could! The facility is family oriented and the staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The class sizes are not too large, where the children are still able to get one on one help from their coach! I have nothing but positive words for MU! If youre on the fence about it, check out their trial class (one hour long) your kids will love it! As a parent you can get some work done or have some quiet time all while your kids are working off energy and getting tired for the evening ahead! It is a win win for everyone!

    The owner called me three times in one day when he was trying to get us to sign up for membership. We live an hour away and I had a newborn baby. I signed my son up for the membership but was only interested in the minimum of four months because of how hard it was for us to get there. I have been charged for six months and I have made multiple attempts and no one has returned my call or emails.

    I wish Id never given this guy my time and money. Weve been trying to cancel for weeks and hes ignoring us. I dont see how continuing to charge angry former customers is worth the cost of all this bad press. There are multiple reviews and Facebook comments all saying the same thing- when you try to cancel, he IGNORES you and continues to charge your card. Weve texted, emailed, called and left Facebook tags and comments with not a single reply or acknowledgment. I let my credit card company know and they told me to start disputing charges, while also saving records of all of the times Ive attempted to contact the owner. I dont love leaving bad reviews but frankly, at this point, im just trying to get a response from the owner.

    My original review is below. But I am changing that five stars to one star. We had a good experience after the first session and my kids enjoyed going. But it all went downhill when I needed to cancel, or pause the membership. I agree with other reviews that often coaches wouldnt show up or class would be canceled or changed but that wasnt a big deal. However, when life started to get busy, I reached out regarding the cancellation policy by email and never received a response. I reached out prior to the contract being renewed (as they box you into three month agreements) but obviously after there was no response, the next month was automatically charged. Two months later, I reached out again and still never received a response. I tried to call multiple times but the phone number was disconnected. I disputed the charges multiple months and still was never contacted by them and still was billed monthly. This occurred from September 2023 to January 2024. The most success I had was by removing my card from their online processing system (some thing that I didnt even notice was an option until last month). So this month (February 2024) I wasnt charged directly, but still received an invoice with a balance. I have been trying to cancel this membership since September to no avail. Ill be contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is insane. Its actually quite sad that they are this unqualified to manage their business as my kids really enjoyed going and often ask about going back, but after this situation will have to find somewhere else with a similar service. Original Review: Coach Jeremiah was super friendly and helpful in answering my many questions during registration. Both my son and daughter enjoyed their session and couldnt wait to come back for day 2.
