Farmington Hills Nursery School

If you, like me, is a working parent that needs reliable childcare, please, do yourself a favor and keep looking. This is not the place. I had two children on this day care. My oldest stayed for about 1.5 years and my youngest for about 5 months. It used to be really good. But something radically changed and They WILL let you down in the worst possible way at the worst possible time. The things the director Crystal told me were incredibly difficult to hear, including we have more to do than to look to your kids face all day long. Please do yourself and your little ones a favor and do not enroll them in this day care.

The so-called director Crystal is very dishonest and inconsiderate. Initially she claimed there was availability then set us up for a virtual tour. She lied and never sent a link and evaded calling us back whenever we called or she wouldn't respond to emails. She also claimed that she couldn't access my documents which were encrypted for safety since it had my financial info, which it could've easily been opened. She expected me to put down a $125 deposit to hold a spot without even seeing the school and with no guarantee my son would even have a spot like she initially claimed he would. The staff also appear to be a bunch of liars. Some of the other individuals answering the phone and that I heard instructing her in the background (although she's suppose to be a Director) seemed rather shady as well. There was absolutely no reason she couldn't have just been honest and forthcoming. Says a lot about the lack of integrity, decency, and morals of her and the people working there.
