They are not a good company. They do not follow thru and will give you the run arounds when every you need them to do something. Poor management and terrible customer service.

If you are looking for just a basic standard that the condo management should have, avoid them. They don't have it. There is no minus star for me here to give a review. Poor quality, poor value, not professional, not rrsendive , . They don't care. If you call them, they won't call you back. If you have an issue, you have to deal with it yourself.

CMA is an excellent trusted partner that has helped us navigate through several complex issues over the past 15 years - multiple instances of litigation, seven figure building repair projects, large insurance claim scenarios, difficult co-owners - and they have always gone far beyond the normal scope of work. They provide us with valuable counsel and always have us asking the right questions - Ron and Ed are thought leaders in all domains of condominium management and resourceful in finding solutions, and Shelly, Sherry and the rest of the team are extremely dogged and responsive to any follow up. If it wasnt for their partnership and help navigating through the numerous issues weve had, our property values wouldnt have fully recovered and surpassed the previous high valuations we saw back in 2007. I would and have highly recommend CMA to others that need strong stewardship to help manage their community.
