He was a great agent to work with. He's extremely punctual and responsive. I'm a bit of a night owl and at times would be free after midnight only, and I was so grateful he was also available to consult with me during these late hours. Tahmidur is a diligent, organized and well informed agent. The process of buying and selling a home can be nerve wrecking but having a good agent by your side can really help. He was able to give us well researched information regarding homes, prices, lending and every other part of the home buying process. I would definitely recommend going with Tahmidur for buying and selling homes. He fights hard for the interest of his client while being very fair and honest with all parties. He had excellent communication with other party agents. He was persistent and made sure the offers we put out for buying were competitive. On the other end, he was also able to keep us realistic while making sure we got the best price for the sale of our home. If I buy or sell my home again, I would definitely go with Tahmidur.
