        I was in a bind. My serpentine belt suddenly broke, and it was a busy Friday afternoon in Farmington Hills, MI. I bought a replacement at a nearby auto parts store, and managed to drive my car (before the battery totally died) to the only repair shop around - Monro Auto Service. I had no appointment, and they were busy. However, after explaining my situation (I'm from out of town) to Jonathan Ross, Store Manager, he kindly took care of my emergency repair needed and quickly got the belt put on at a very reasonable cost. Thank you to Jonathan for stepping above and beyond, and providing excellent customer service to a customer with special circumstances. Brett

        This shop helped me with a difficult to repair lower ball joint on an older vehicle. The job was a little outside their comfort zone but they took the job anyway. I was very happy to find a business that looks ways to help rather than to say "no". Thanks. I appreciated your work.

        Tony the manager was so nice. He took out the screw and patched my tire. It was closing time and he was still so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
