I needed to translate a dead certificate but, I only had three days to do it. I contacted Carolina with Bromberg and Associates she was very kind and eager to help me and my family with this difficult task. I was surprised when I received a draft in one day for me to review it; the next day was rushed delivery to me. I want to thank Carolina and her team to go over and beyond to meet my needs. Through my school district and the ESOL department, I was able to secure an interpreter via TEAMS for a parent-teacher conference in Vietnamese. The short notice from the school district on the same day made it challenging to coordinate with the parents for a specific time. Despite providing the ESOL department with about a month's notice, the short notice was a bit stressful. However, the family was very happy and understood the information presented. Our interpreter was exceptional, displaying kindness and respect throughout the conference.
