Fidelity Transportation of Michigan

My mother and I were just almost hit by one of Fidlelity Transport while pulling up to St Marys hospital in Livonia. We were waiting on the car in front of us to move and this bus driver drove up the valet lane and cut us off. When I got out the car and mentioned to the driver that he should be more careful and almost hit us. He denied it saying I saw you in my cameras. No apology what so ever. He said his name was William and said I could make a complaint if I wanted but he didn't care.

After seeing the response to Steven's post, I will not and can not imagine why anyone would trust your or your loved ones lives with this company. When I look for a company to care for my loved ones, I do some research. After seeing the complaints and your replies to complaints, Im so glad I chose to go with a different company and your attitude is really classless.

One of their trucks was driving down Hines Drive at 20mph for miles with a very long line of cars behind it. They must be charging their customers by the hour.
