        Googlers!This place was overrated. Penske Truck Rental services took me for a loop . Made reservations online. Called to confirm reservation. When I arrived to pick up my Rental truck , everything was different then what I was quoted . I ended up leaving very disappointed and without a Rental truck . Extreme waste of time . Thank God Uhaul was right across the street and true to their WORD!!! Definitely thumbs down .

        Friendly and expedient check-in, in-person inspection of rental to ensure that we would not be assessed excess charges! SOOO much different than my very unpleasant, unprofessional experience with UHaul when I moved back from Chicago during the summer. Smaller office and fleet at this Penske location right across from larger UHaul across the street but oh so much better! If you need a truck, GO PENSKE!! 30960 Farmington Road
