Studio88 Pole Fitness

Bought a whole month of classes and only got 2, maybe. I kept going, they kept canceling. I reached out and nobody contacted me. I live 30 mins away from these classes I would drive out and the doors would be locked and classes canceled. A few times I sat in the parking lot thinking maybe they were running late but no one ever showed up. Owner never contacted about cancelations. There were times they over booked and you had to share a pole with someone else which doesnt give you all your time. I did have fun for the classes I was able to go to, but for the most part I was very disappointed due to the unprofessional ways of cancellation and no refunds. Makes me not want to give money to them again. Spoke with another from my class and she said the same thing. She paid and no refund and no classes.

I enjoyed going to classes when they wouldnt cancel them. There were several times when I would get to the studio, or be on my way and I would get a text saying class was cancelled. Last August I got a text 20 minutes prior to my scheduled class saying that class was cancelled due to the studio relocating. How would they not know they were relocating until the last minute? Anyway, fast forward 5 months and they finally open their new location. The owner has posted many times advertising the opening of the new studio. Great, I cant wait to start up classes again! I had a 1 year membership that was supposed to expire this July. My membership isnt loaded into the new app yet so I cant schedule a class without paying for it first. I have tried contacting them multiple times through text, Facebook and I never get a reply. I see a comment from the owner saying she will honor memberships due to them being shut down but there has been zero follow through or responses from the owner since that comment. I suggest going to a studio that is more professional and consistent. Dont bother with the headache.

I wanted to love this place because I heard great things! But I never got a chance to experience it, I paid for a Groupon and tried contacting them multiple times to schedule and they never reached back out

THE STUDIO IS CLOSED! Do not send payments or purchase anything from her. Doesnt pay her workers. I paid 3 months in advance, refuses to give me my money back. There is NO studio!!

I enjoy this studio. Really great deals for classes and its a very encouraging fun and sexy vibe
