        Shane Fitness has given me soooo much confidence, higher self esteem and allowed me to love myself again! This movement offers more than just step classes, it has so much variety and targets anything from weight loss to mental health. The environment itself is so family oriented, WE ARE A FAMILY and it feels like it. Who wouldnt want to be apart of a team where everyone helps and encourages you. No judgments are passed this way! Come join the movement and get life changing results!! 150!!!
