        Lou helped me select the roller blind that is just right for my living room. The installation was perfect. Lou even helped me by opening my window and vacuuming the dirt that had accumulated over the years between the screen and the window--definitely above and beyond what I had a right to expect.

        after installation - blinds did not work --- Called and emailed numerous times upon request of employees... No return calls from main office or franchisee Lou Farkas ... I would not recommend this company to anyone. Spent thousands of dollars with this company and cannot even get a return phone call
