        Payed a phone bill a month ago and bill is usually $50 but charged me 109 and when confronted they said I gave them the wrong phone number apparently but they said they would credit the account instead. A month later to find out they Didnt credit the account and account said I owed $100 and turned the phone off and when I called to tell them they kept hanging up on me. Was very rude and didnt want to assist me when called. This is unacceptable and I would like to talk to someone higher up about this.
