        Store is much nicer since they remodeled. Wait times vary for checkout. Can usually get a self checkout quickly, but a using acashier is often a long wait

        Customer Service on the phone is straight horrible, when I call for a certain department or a in store specialist literally no one answers whatsoever, like is is not a single person willing to pick up the damn phone in their department area?
