They don't know what they are doing and they are an insurance company only when they quote their jobs so they can milk the most money out of a simple stupid job! A 1997 Buick park avenue that just needs a dent pulled and the paint blended, oh we can't do the job because the parts have been discontinued! What parts? Pull a dent, blend paint! A toddler could follow those simple directions! I don't recommend using this place they way over charge and they don't know what they are doing!

Unfortunately we have been here 3 times in the last year. After the first time I was amazed and already decided Im never taking my car anywhere else. This last time I picked up my car, again was amazed. They always go above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. The workers are all friendly, thank you so much.

My wife finally got a brand new car Aug 31st and the very next day she hit a deer. (Not how we pictured our first time purchasing a new vehicle off the lot ) They couldnt get it in until Oct 11th, which kinda sucked but everywhere else locally was booking out around the same time. We dropped it off October 11th and they gave us updates every two days. They did have an issue getting a new headlight assembly. But they still got it back to her by the day they had estimated (October 20th) :) Everything works properly and looks great! There are two small spots where the paint was scratched but they painted it and got it covered up to where you can hardly see it unless you know its there. Overall, we are very satisfied with the repairs. Their customer service was excellent and the fact that we always knew what was going on was nice too! Unfortunately, I have taken my vehicles here on three occasions. Fortunately, this is a great place with very professional people. Repairs where done quickly and I was extremely happy with the results.
