        Employees seem nice but the manager here is a half wit. I spent 45 minutes in an interview with the guy and he asked me only 3 or 4 questions. The rest of the time he spent talking about himself and his work ethic. He kept mentioning how he fired people recently, and how he is about to fire more of his employees. Even mentioning specific details about why he is going to fire them. Obviously this is EXTREMELY inappropriate for an interview with a fresh face. I would certainly not work for this company or shop at their stores after being subjected to that.

        Had an employee who I worked with that was struggling and ended up homeless. To make matters worse, the alternator on their car died and now they were struggling to get to work. I went in to buy an alternator for them, (not what someone would expect for a Christmas present), but Jarod set us up. He was friendly and professional while I explained what I was doing. He gave me a great deal and showed genuine concern for the family. When presenting the alternator, we made sure that they knew Jarod and the Advanced Auto team did their part to help too. Best Christmas ever!
