        Rude rude rude...stopped for the 3rd time to pick up a nose piece for glasses. Was called that one was ordered to come get it. Get there around noon on 4/12/24 and the person was rude! Didn't drive 20 minutes on direction for the 3rd time to be treaded badly!!! It was embarrassing as the other people heard the abruptness being cut off.

        Went for yearly exam told the lady doing test that I could not read road signs until I was right on them. Nothing Told the Dr I could not read road signs til on them nothing Why can I not get a reason o r answer to this Was told not much change did not need new prescription. Fine nut whst about not reading road signs tilon them NOTHING Was told to use eye drops for

        I was happy to get an appointmrnt with Dr. Reed at the Fremont office due to a cancellatuon. my vision was failing rapidly and I couldn't gat in to the Muskegon office, which is where I've gone ever since they opened. Everyone was courteous and helpful, especially Dr. Reed and Jeri0Lynn.
