Lamberton Lake Apartments

Lamberton Lakes is by far the nicest apartments I've rented. The grounds are ALWAYS clean and taken care of. The maintenance crew is top tier and prompt with all the work they do. Office staff are very informative and helpful, as well.

My Dad has lived in the Plaza Apartments for a couple of years now. Everything about this community is very welcoming. The apartments are clean and well maintained & the grounds are always in great condition. He enjoys living there. Keep up the great work!

I moved here in May. I am a college student not originally from the Grand Rapids area, so my experience renting before moving to Lamberton Lakes was limited to one other apartment complex in the area. My experience where I lived before was certainly not horrific, but still left a lot to be desired. I kind of thought that was just how it was to rent an apartment at this price point, but I have been very pleased with my experience at Lamberton the past few months. Firstly, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. Although me and my roommates dont stop by the leasing office too frequently, everyone in the office always greets us and knows our names. Whenever I have had an issue or question, it is responded to promptly. Maintenance is greatonce again, issues are addressed quickly and effectively. I feel like rent is reasonable given the rate of other apartment complexes in the area. I am in a 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment and I have seen one room apartments elsewhere going for not much less than what I pay per month. The area on Plainfield is really nice tooclose to Meijer and the freeway so youre not far from anywhere you need to go. Its a pain turning left on Plainfield when you leave, but thats not the complexs fault. Additionally, seasonal maintenance is great here. In the summer, the lawns were maintained well. There are a lot of geese, and consequentially a lot of droppings, but they do clean it up frequently. We had our first real snowstorm of the winter this weekend and the roads leading into the complex are salted and plowed in a timely fashion. In general, Im really pleased with this living situation. I would definitely recommend Lamberton Lake to anyone who is looking to move in the area.
