Drury Inn & Suites Grand Rapids

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past when home visiting family. I was saddened that the hotel we knew to be clean, quiet and well managed was not what we encountered. This hotel was overrun by children running wild. The lobby floor was constantly soaking wet and slippery as well as the elevators from people in bathing suits. No dress code and barefeet everywhere. Disgusting. Food and drinks being spilled in the hallways and stair wells and never cleaned up. Parents allowing their children to run up and down the hall ways at all times of the day. Management did nothing. I realize that this is not a 5 star hotel but there should be rules that need to be enforced. Shame on you Drury. We will not be staying with you again.

This will be my go to stop when im in grand rapids awesome experience complimentary breakfast and dinner with 3 free drink card had a great time thank you see ya soon

The staff here was exceptionally friendly and helpful!! The room was great, the food was great, and I couldn't get over how close we were to the freeway! You couldn't hear traffic at all! I will definitely bring my family here again! My kids were all begging for a longer stay.
