This company is fraud! We have had nothing but issues with them. Bigcommerce fired them from their platform because of the fraud. According to BigCommerce they received several and they emphasized several complaints about them so they removed them from the BigCommerce Apps. Buyer beware.

Come to find out, this company has yet to do anything to get results for our websites. We have filed a complaint with BigCommerce, and they responded by telling me they do not recommend them anymore, and the company Feedonomics is a BigCommerce company. Feedonomics can do much more than Sales and Orders, including more channels to push products. After talking with a few of Feedonomics' current customers, they had the same experience with Sales and Orders and love Feedonomics. This company has no support available, and they do not handle any complaints brought to them. They know what company this is. This is how they deal with customers.

They are great. End of 2022 peak season we found google count our empty liquor bottles as drug and removed our items. They help us to get all our items back to google for less than $200 at the time.

Excellent. Solid 5 stars. Thanks to Avry. Let's start by saying that we came to S&O very timidly after just having a H O R R I B L E experience with another organization promising the moon and delivering first grade material for the price of the moon. We're thrilled to say that Avry with S&O has been the exact opposite. We had a difficult task for S&O and they delivered. Our ROAS has never dipped below 20x and usually hovers around 25X. Yes, you read that correctly. Avry has been absolutely fantastic to work with. He's done an excellent job doing precisely what we needed him to do. He reports timely and accurately.
