Brandi and Nate were amazing to work with and there is no one else I will ever buy or sell a home from as long as they are in business. We used them to sell our home and they also helped us find and purchase our new dream home! They go above and beyond what realtors typically do, including personally coming to our house to help paint on multiple occasions, clean, and stage before it went on the market. They are knowledgeable about affordable updates to get the most for your home and are very knowledgeable in all they do. They made the entire process seamless for purchasing and buying our home and my husband and I felt confident with every step of the process because of their guidance and professionalism. Brandi was always very quick to communicate with us and every home we wanted to see, she got us a showing right away. Brandi and Nate are also just very kind, honest, and genuine people. I cant say enough about Brandi and Nate. From our very first interaction to helping us out by installing an outlet for our dishwasher weeks after we closed and moved in, Nate and Brandi have given 110%. We worked with them for buying our new house and selling our old house. Brandi responded immediately to a text asking to see a house randomly on a Saturday afternoon. We had an accepted offer on the house we wanted to buy and a full price offer on our house within 8 days. Our house was on the market for less than 72 hours and they had it cleaned up and listed 2 days after our offer was accepted on the house we wanted to buy. Brandi cleaned our house and hired another person to help clean and paint our trim, while Nate picked up a dozen bags of mulch to spiff up our landscaping. Again on photo day, Nate and Brandi showed up early and cleaned, putting the final touches in place. The company they hired for photos did a beautiful and quick job, and she chose a time slot in the morning that really showcased the beauty of our home and yard. Our sellers were difficult to work with, and Brandi was always professional and communicative. I have worked with realtors in the past that can seem annoyed when you ask for updates, but Brandi was nothing but pleasant. She worked through some tough issues with our sellers, going the extra mile to ensure the best outcome for us. She took over communications with our lender and took care of things before I even had a chance to see what the lender wanted. On closing day, our lender failed to send some papers, and Brandi was immediately on the phone with them acting as the middle man to get what we needed. She also recommended a painter for us, who has done a lot of work on our house so far. We mentioned wanting carpet so she called and found a flooring company to come out and measure. I didnt have to lift a finger, I couldnt believe it. Our new house had some plumbing issues and she even got a plumber out here to deal with the problem. After we closed and moved in, I asked her if she could refer an electrician, and instead, Nate came out and installed a GFI outlet for us for our new dishwasher. This is after they made their commission and had no obligation to us whatsoever. I could go on and on about how incredible of a team they are. They made buying and selling as stress free as possible and really go the extra mile (or 10) for their clients. I would not hesitate to work with them again, and always highly recommend them to friends and family.
