        Have been here a few times. I have made appointments every time and its always 2hrs+. Really not sure what the point of having an appt is at that rate. Last time I took a flat tire in for a patch. They said it could not be repaired because there was a nail through the sidewall and I would need new tires. Luckily I had inspected the tire beforehand. There were only two issues with their assessment: 1) it wasnt a nail. 2) it wasnt through the sidewall. I took it to Cascade Automotive and they repaired it immediately. I should have taken it there in the first place.

        I had an appointment for 11 AM for a rotation of my tires and arrived 15 minutes early, as asked. It was 12:45 PM before my car was ready. Thats two hours (!) for a simple rotationtotally unacceptable. Its obvious that the manager over scheduled for the workers available. I will not buy tires from Costco again due to this extremely poor experience. Back to Discount Tire.
