Marilyn facilitated the sale of Honey Bear Hollow Campground in Indiana recently. We were the buyers, my partner and I. Marilyn was on top of the deal from day one, laying out the roadmap and the rules to ensure a problem-free sale. We couldn't be happier! There was constant communication between Marilyn and myself. Coaching, encouragement, advice...... and straight from the source. She has eons of experience in the realm of campgrounds in every facet imaginable, so she was a wealth of knowledge that we'd have been foolish to ignore. So we tapped in to that powerhouse database known as The Campground Connection not only to procure a sale, but to gain insight and expertise that we wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. I have been working with the Campground Connection for 12 years. Ive bought 2 campgrounds through them and sold 1. Ive had nothing but good things to say about the team at the Campground Connection. Marilyn is awesome and knows what needs to happen to close a deal. Marilyn at Campground Connections cares more about her clients than any other service provider we have ever worked with. She is an expert in her field and has a wealth of information about the campground and recreation industry. She goes out of her way to make sure that this sometimes difficult and challenging process doesnt become too overwhelming, and she was available many times after hours, to answer a question, to guide us to the right service provider, and to help us with the paperwork. She will communicate promptly, will find you the right answer if she doesnt have it (but she always does,) and will guide you through the process from beginning to end with the highest level of professionalism and positivity. Even after we closed on our campground, she and her team were there to advise us in different parts of our new business.
