HORRIBLE crown experience. I had a crown put on by Dr. Nicole Totten and experienced significant pain after. I went in for the pain and nothing was done. 1 week later two foreign bodies came out of my gum where the new crown was, the severe pain subsided. After weeks of working to get my medical records from Aspen, the X-rays show the crown was not put on correctly (confirmed by another dentist) and it shows the cement piece stuck in my gums. Ive reached out to the regional manager (Kiefer Dugenske) twice with no response in two weeks. Im looking into legal action. Please go to a smaller owned dentist who cares for their patients.
UPDATE: within 24hr of this review someone from Aspen got the ball moving. Quickly I was fully refunded for the incorrect crown payments. Ive had my crown redone at another office and life is good. Thank you to whomever at Aspen finally made this error right.
