Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Grandville-Grand Rapids West, MI

Room had trash from previous guests. Seems like it hasn't been cleaned. Strict breakfast policy threatening a fine for eating outside of the dining area was off-putting. Could be worse for the price.

Check in.. started out with the wrong room switched rooms to the right room which was dirty! Housekeeping had not cleaned it from the day before.. so we were switched again. Kids upstairs running like a herd of elephants until 3am (Friday night) moving on to Saturday morning.. nothing at breakfast! Everything was gone at 7am.. gone all day and housekeeping didnt come as requested! Fast forward to Saturday night. Kids again running upstairs, people smoking weed in elevator, couple arguing in hallway and slamming doors! Calls to front desk go unanswered or ignored. Spend the $30 extra and book with Residence Inn Grand Rapids west 3451 Rivertown Point Court Southwest, Grand Rapids, 49418 Stayed there last weekend & for the most part it was quite nice!

Great location. We loved pool & jacuzzi. We even had the pool to ourselves both days! Staff was friendly, especially Dylan. Room itself wasnt cleaned properly. You can tell it wasnt vacuumed, bathroom wasnt swept and there was stains on the walls that look like they would come off with a Lysol wipe. Bathroom floor was also sticky. I think sheets either werent changed before our stay or not properly washed unless the hair on the sheets was from the housekeeper. Cleaning could definitely be much better. Other than that, it was a good stay. Wouldnt stay here again unfortunately.

Stayed in a king bed room. Everything was clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable. LOVED the layout. LOTS of space! Had a refrigerator and microwave in room. Location was great and the are felt safe. Didn't have time to take advantage of the breakfast, but it is offered. There is a hot tub but forgot suit so did not try it. A little miscommunication from the front desk attendant at check in to the front desk attendant at check out which was a little annoying, but overall I would stay here again.
