I highly recommend AIA after having them install our Christmas lights for the 2023 season. After fumbling through putting my own lights up for years and avoiding the highest and steepest portions of our roofline, we had AIA install lights this winter and they looked amazing through the entire holiday season. We had A1A out for a whole house, deck, patio/walkway and window clean. Mark was terrific! He arrived a little early and got set-up promptly. He listened to our concerns and took his time making sure all areas were prepped and well protected. His cleaning was extremely thorough - on each and every surface. In particular, our concrete surfaces came out looking refreshed and like-new. To finish off, his window clean was meticulous! We would 100% use A1A again and we highly recommend A1A for home exterior cleaning - great quality, professional work at a competitive price! Thanks, Mark!

Had Mark help me out on a special project with roof washing. He was professional and knows what he is doing. He was on time for our appointment and is very knowledge about his craft. I would not hesitate to use him for house cleaning.

Bait & switched us badly. We had Christmas lights installed starting 3 years ago with a gentlemen's agreement that the lights were leased for 3 years and then we would own them after that and the price would be much less after year 3. After year 3 came and went he no longer honored the deal given and claimed because of inflation he no longer offered that. To us, who was loyal to him and his company that seemed to be bait & switch changing a contract in the final year of the agreement. We will no longer do business with this company as that's unacceptable. Also, he drug his feet getting the lights installed and removed them early without consent. Over a month before we wanted them removed. Tread lightly before considering.
