Brystol's helped us buy our first home. Her customer service is unmatched! She helped us put an offer in on our house when she was in the hospital having her baby. She coordinated and organized everything to make our home buying process seamless and quick. We had our offer accepted and were moved in within a month. As a FTH, I asked a lot of questions - she was always able to answer them or get me connected with someone who could. Above all, Brystol is kind and sincere and it shines through everything she does. We would 100% recommend Brystol to any friends or family looking to buy/ sell.

Michael Garrison is AMAZING! Always so organized, prompt, patient, understanding and most of all kind. He tells it how it is and keeps it real; not only in a professional manner, but also honest and truthful. Michael helped us close the door on our condo and came with us to see NUMEROUS houses all over the place and never once told us no, or that it was too far or too much. When it was out of our range or didnt look promising due to comps/reports, he was sure to be honest about it! Never once did we feel rushed or that we were a burden! He was never too busy for questions or concerns, and always took the time to figure out the problems before bringing them to our attention so he would have options as an alternative. So thankful for all of Michaels knowledge, patience, and expertise! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

JGA and Associates uses a telemarketing campaign that apparently has very little insight to the end user. We are a business with a listed number and for over 2 weeks we have received as many as 3 calls per day. We have asked repeatedly to be removed from their call list and we as a business to not want to delist for the sake of our clients and future clients. They seem to think is a humorous point when the request has been submitted, maybe this is a reflection of how the run their business by means of gorilla tactics or just as simple means of being disorganized? When harrassed such as they are doing and being ignored I feel compelled to write something in a public manner to let potential clients aware of their behaviors, even if it is a refelction of their phone/telemarketing process. We are not another real estate company, we work in the health and human services, so when someone calls there is vital need to have our lines open for urgent requests, not soliciting us for real estate opportunities.

Erik was great! He helped walk me through the entire process. This was my first time buying a home and he was patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge on the process. Would recommend him to anyone who is buying their first home!
