        1st time at this h and r block, unbelievable that it was 160 dollars for 6 minutes of work, the agent mumb led and I could never hear her, receptionist never spoke, would never go back again, terrible experience

        They charge you a fortune. My simple return was over $400. Not only that but now my refund is being audited and I have to wait even longer. Yet every year prior I have done them myself for next to nothing and have never had any issues. Do your taxes yourself, these places are worthless.

        I cannot speak to their tax services, but they have really good customer service. I walked in because I was lost and the nice lady at the front desk. She let me use her phone and tried to give me instructions.
