        First I wish if i didnt have to write this review, because I totally understand how it affects business. But anyone in my place would do the same. First I was taking my wife to the hospital and got a flat tire, so Hansen came to tow the car as shown in pictures. And damaged some of the trim in the back and front and broke my wheel cover which I am not worried about. So they paid for repairing the back part and the front part NO. My car is new, and this is very disappointing to me, so I don't want anyone else to have the same experience. I am about to file an official complaint to my car dealer who sent me this towing company. Very disappointing. This is not underneath bumper, this is side. And the wheel cover. You didn't mention that.

        Had the unfortunate experience of a flat tire. Hansen was there within and hour and the gentleman who arrived was kind and quite careful as he changed out my tire for me. Appreciate the extra care taken and the use of Harbor Freight tools
